A Bit About Me
My story began when I started working for the family business called Neice Restoration, a water, mold, and hurricane damage restoration company. Over the years I've learned the basics of knowing how to take care of mold damage and what to do under a hurricane. I'm certified in Xactimate and have practice in creating sketches and measuring them out. In my recent year I decided to create my own business with my past experience and my passion to give you HMR Legacy 3D.
Work Experience

From 2016-2022 I've been working for Neice Restoration, learning what there is to know about water, mold, and hurricane jobs. My past positions were as such: sketching and measuring for buildings such as comercial and residential jobs, working paperwork for assessments for jobs, as well as certified for Xactimate for insurance and estimating. In early 2022 when I leaned of a technology to easily reconstruct and measure an interior with 99.9%, and with past experience, I've slowly stepped away while working on my new business.
During the first month after hurricane Ian, I assisted Neice Restoration on several residential jobs, as well as An apartment complex in Venice, Capri Isles, 3D measuring and creating a digital recreation of the affected area of the house or apartment for Xactimate and aid insurance companies.

For Legacy's most recent journey, I and my team have been working at Palm Island Resort, Going behind the restoration's assessment team, Creating a 3D digital tour of all affected units.
